PĂ«rshĂ«ndetje i nderuar ambasador i vendit tim, nĂ« vendin tim. Kuptohet pse po ju drejtohem kĂ«sh­tu, sepse fati ma solli tĂ« kem dy Atdhe. Kam ndjekur me vĂ«mendje çdo pĂ«rpjekje tuajĂ«n, shpeshherĂ« tĂ« stĂ«rmundimshme pĂ«r tĂ« sjellĂ« pranĂ« e pranĂ« krahĂ«t qĂ« qĂ«ndrojnĂ« ekstremisht larg njeri-tjetrit nĂ« skenat e prapaskenat e politikĂ«s shqiptare. Siç mĂ« ka ardhĂ« mirĂ« pĂ«r predispozitĂ«n tuaj dashamirĂ«se, mĂ« ka ar­dhur fort keq kur kam parĂ« se kĂ«to pole ekstreme tĂ« politikĂ«s jo vetĂ«m qĂ« kanĂ« patur njĂ« sjellje tĂ« dyzuar, por njĂ«kohĂ«sisht ju kanĂ« lĂ«nĂ« tĂ« zhgĂ«njyer, e akoma mĂ« keq kanĂ« pĂ«rfituar prej sinqeritetit dhe dashurisĂ« tuaj pĂ«r kĂ«tĂ« vend e kĂ«tĂ« popull duke ju dalĂ« edhe tĂ« pabesĂ«.

Ne shqiptarĂ«t, nĂ« histori, kemi patur tipar tĂ« dal­lueshĂ«m ndĂ«r popujt e tjerĂ«, besĂ«n e bujarinĂ«. Kur di­kush i vinte nĂ« shtĂ«pi shqiptarit e i binte nĂ« besĂ«, edhe sikur t’i kishte vrarĂ« njĂ« njeri tĂ« familjes, pritej e pĂ«rcil­lej nĂ« bazĂ« tĂ« traditĂ«s sĂ« dhĂ«nies sĂ« besĂ«s. Nuk mund tĂ« vritej askush nĂ« bukĂ«, ndryshe turpi e mbulonte atĂ« shtĂ«pi. Kaq e fuqishme ka qenĂ« ndjenja e besĂ«s tek shq­iptarĂ«t sa tregohen legjenda, por kĂ«to legjenda kanĂ« buruar prej njĂ« realiteti e ngjarjesh qĂ« janĂ« nĂ« kujtesĂ«n popullore tĂ« freskĂ«ta edhe sot e kĂ«saj dite.
Italia fashiste kapitulloi nĂ« shtator 1943. Vendin e tyre e zunĂ« trupat naziste gjermane, tĂ« cilat kudo ku i gjenin ushtarĂ«t e oficerĂ«t italianĂ« duke i konsideruar dezer­torĂ«, i ekzekutonin pa gjyq.  Trupat gjermane nĂ« ShkodĂ«r kishin marrĂ« njoftim se nĂ« njĂ« fshat tĂ« MalĂ«sisĂ« sĂ« Madhe ndodhej njĂ« ushtar italian i strehuar nĂ« njĂ« familje malĂ«sore. Pasi e rreth­uan shtĂ«pinĂ« urdhĂ«ruan tĂ« gjithĂ« banorĂ«t e saj tĂ« dil­nin nĂ« oborr. Oficeri gjerman nisi t’i kqyrte pjestarĂ«t e familjes njĂ« e nga njĂ«, por nuk arrinte tĂ« dallonte ushtarin italian, pasi ai ishte pĂ«rshtatur nĂ« jetĂ«n e ven­dasve aq sa nuk kuptohej. Oficeri gjerman i sigurt pĂ«r njoftimin, dha urdhĂ«r se nĂ«se nuk e nxirrnin italianin do tĂ« pushkatoheshin tĂ« gjithĂ«, sepse kishin strehuar njĂ« armik. AtĂ«herĂ« njĂ« prej djemve tĂ« shtĂ«pisĂ« pasi e pa babain e vet nĂ« sy, bĂ«ri njĂ« hap para e tha: “Jam unĂ«!”. Oficeri gjerman megjithĂ« dyshimet qĂ« iu krijuan, urd­hĂ«roi ekzekutimin e tij para gjithĂ« familjes. MĂ« vonĂ«, nĂ« kujtimet e veta, oficeri gjerman shkruante: “E dija se ai ishte djali i shtĂ«pisĂ«, por ashtu ishin ligjet e luftĂ«s. Ajo familje shqiptare nĂ« bazĂ« tĂ« ligjit tĂ« besĂ«s shqiptare nuk mund ta dorĂ«zonte italianin dhe sakrifikoi birin e vet.”
Nuk Ă«shtĂ« legjendĂ«, por njĂ« ngjarje e vĂ«rtetĂ«. NĂ« pesĂ«dh­jetĂ« vjet nĂ«n komunizĂ«m dhe njĂ«zet vjet kaos demokra­tik shumĂ« cilĂ«si e virtyte janĂ« deformuar dhunshĂ«m e sot gjendemi nĂ« njĂ« shfaqje tĂ« mjerueshme. Nuk flas pĂ«r njerĂ«zit e thjeshtĂ«, sepse populli i thjeshtĂ« gjithnjĂ« e ruan dinjitetin e vet, por pĂ«r klasat politike qĂ« nĂ« ro­tacion e udhĂ«heqin kĂ«tĂ« vend nga kaosi nĂ« kaos.
Ndaj AmerikĂ«s ShqipĂ«ria ka detyrime tĂ« mĂ«dha, sepse nuk ka shtet a komb qĂ« ka bĂ«rĂ« mĂ« shumĂ« pĂ«r shq­iptarĂ«t. Çlirimi dhe pavarĂ«sia KosovĂ«s Ă«shtĂ« aureola e lavdisĂ« qĂ« shqiptarĂ«t nĂ« jetĂ« tĂ« jetĂ«ve nuk do t’ua har­rojnĂ« amerikanĂ«ve dhe forcave aleate tĂ« NATO-s. Kjo Ă«shtĂ« arsyeja qĂ« ambasadorin amerikan e presin me dorĂ« nĂ« zemĂ«r nĂ« çdo derĂ« shqiptare, e konsiderojnĂ« mikun e madh tĂ« shqiptarĂ«ve, pikĂ«risht se Ă«shtĂ« pĂ«r­faqĂ«suesi i shtetit tĂ« George Washington, inspiruesit tĂ« lirisĂ« sĂ« popujve, pĂ«r tĂ« cilin kam kĂ«naqĂ«sinĂ« tĂ« them se im atĂ« ndoshta ka qenĂ« i pari shqiptar qĂ« ka shkruar pĂ«r Washingtonin e madh nĂ« shkrimin: “Thoni gjith­njĂ« tĂ« vĂ«rtetĂ«n”, qĂ« mban datĂ«n 18 tetor 1907.
Po si e pĂ«rcjell politika vĂ«mendjen e ambasadorit amerikan qĂ« zhvillimet nĂ« ShqipĂ«ri tĂ« marrin kahje pozitive dhe ajo tĂ« afrohet nĂ« bashkĂ«sinĂ« e popujve tĂ« EuropĂ«s? Me aq sa kuptoj, sjellja e politikĂ«s shqip­tare ndaj kĂ«shillave tĂ« miqve tĂ« vet tĂ« mĂ«dhenj lĂ« pĂ«r tĂ« dĂ«shiruar. Politika shqiptare nuk e tejkalon medio­kritetin provincial tĂ« gjykimit. PĂ«r ta kuptuar atĂ« duhet kuptuar sĂ« pari psikologjia e beut tĂ« vogĂ«l nĂ« çifligjet e tij tĂ« MesjetĂ«s. NdĂ«rkohĂ« ka ndikim tĂ« jashtĂ«zakonshĂ«m edhe politika vetanake e njĂ« pashai tĂ« madh nĂ« kohĂ«n e PerandorisĂ« Otomane, Ali PashĂ« TepelenĂ«s, konflikti i tĂ« cilit me PortĂ«n e lartĂ« nuk u solli asgjĂ« tĂ« mirĂ« shq­iptarĂ«ve, pĂ«rkundrazi, krijoi premisa pĂ«r pavarĂ«sinĂ« e GreqisĂ« dhe shkatĂ«rrimin e trojeve shqiptare. Politika e Ali PashĂ« TepelenĂ«s konsistonte nĂ« ndĂ«rtimin e njĂ« pashallĂ«ku personal, por jo shtet tĂ« shqiptarĂ«ve, duke mos gjetur asnjĂ« frymĂ« bashkpunimi me pashallarĂ«t e tjerĂ« si BushtallinjtĂ« e ShkodrĂ«s dhe duke hyrĂ« nĂ« kon­flikt me ta ku tĂ« gjente rast edhe t’i zhdukte, siç bĂ«ri me dhĂ«ndrrin e vet, pashain e Beratit. Ky pasha dinak e i zgjuar, qĂ« kish bĂ«rĂ« emĂ«r nĂ« mbarĂ« qarqet euro­piane, ka patur njĂ« ndikim tĂ« madh nĂ« tĂ«rĂ« politikĂ«n shqiptare. ShqiptarĂ«t nuk e pranuan pĂ«r njĂ« kohĂ« tĂ« gjatĂ« njĂ« princ tĂ« huaj, Vidin, dhe nĂ« rastin mĂ« tĂ« parĂ« e zbuan duke u pĂ«rpjekur ta drejtonin ShqipĂ«rinĂ« nĂ« stilin e Ali PashĂ« TepelenĂ«s, kĂ«shtu kemi Esat PashĂ« Toptanin, i cili ishte gati t’u linte copa ShqipĂ«rie fqin­jĂ«ve, vetĂ«m pĂ«r njĂ« territor nĂ« ShqipĂ«rinĂ« e mesme ku ai tĂ« ishte zot e pronar njĂ«kohĂ«sisht. Historia vazhdon me nipin e tij, Ahmet Zogu, i cili gĂ«rshetoi dinakĂ«rinĂ« e egĂ«rsinĂ« e Ali PashĂ«s me njĂ« lloj prakticiteti duke u pĂ«rpjekur tĂ« ruante zotĂ«rimet e veta nĂ« njĂ« ekuilibĂ«r mes SerbisĂ« e cila e kishte sjellĂ« nĂ« pushtet dhe ItalisĂ« fashiste qĂ« e ndihmonte ekonomikisht tĂ« mbante nĂ« kĂ«mbĂ« regjimin monarkist. Ardhja nĂ« pushtet e komu­nistĂ«ve nuk ndryshoi shumĂ« nĂ« mentalitetin e njerzve tĂ« politikĂ«s shqiptare. Enver Hoxha ishte njĂ« Ali Pasha i vĂ«rtetĂ«, zotĂ«ronte me dorĂ« tĂ« hekurt e kishte vendo­sur njĂ« pushtet absolut. AsgjĂ« nuk mund tĂ« bĂ«hej pa kaluar nĂ« filtrin e aparatit tĂ« tij, marionetave tĂ« ByrosĂ« Politike. Tiparet pĂ«r tĂ« cilat populli shqiptar ishte dal­luar nĂ« histori, trimĂ«rinĂ« e besnikĂ«rinĂ«, ky i deformoi nĂ« mĂ«nyrĂ«n mĂ« tĂ« dhunshme duke ia kaluar tĂ« gjithĂ« sundimtarĂ«ve paraardhĂ«s.
Nuk flitej mĂ« pĂ«r trimĂ«ri, sepse shqiptarĂ«t shtypeshin me aq mizori sa nuk kishte as dhe njĂ« mundĂ«si tĂ« vet­me rezistence. Kush ka jetuar nĂ« diktaturĂ« e di se shq­iptarĂ«t ishin kthyer nĂ« hija e vetvetes. Nuk mund tĂ« flitej mĂ« as pĂ«r besnikĂ«ri, tipari mĂ« i lartĂ« i shqiptarit nĂ« shekuj, i mbiquajtur dhe popull i besĂ«s. PĂ«r çfarĂ« bese mund tĂ« flitej kur njerĂ«zit u detyruan tĂ« spiunonin njeri-tjetrin, madje brenda familjes. Humbja e tipa­reve me tĂ« cilat mburrej e nderohej shqiptari, ishte aq e madhe sa fillimet e demokracisĂ« e gjetĂ«n tĂ« zvenitur. Ekseset e panumĂ«rta qĂ« ndodhĂ«n nĂ« kushtet e lirisĂ« e japin kĂ«tĂ« shpjegim; sundimtarĂ«t gjithnjĂ« janĂ« mun­duar ta deformonin karakterin e dinjitetin e shqiptarit, cilĂ«sitĂ« e tij tĂ« larta tĂ« trimĂ«risĂ« e tĂ« besĂ«s, sepse kĂ«shtu mund tĂ« sundohej e mbahej nĂ«n zgjedhĂ« mĂ« lehtĂ«.
Sigurisht edhe Ambasadori Amerikan i ka vlerĂ«suar  kĂ«to cilĂ«si tradicionale tĂ« shqiptarĂ«ve, ndaj dhe Ă«shtĂ« pĂ«rpjekur tĂ« jetĂ« gjithnjĂ« i çiltĂ«r me ta, e kur them me ta, pĂ«rfshij njerĂ«zit e thjeshtĂ«, ata tĂ« politikĂ«s e tĂ«rĂ« hierarkinĂ« e shtetit. MirĂ«po ndryshe nga njerĂ«z­it e thjeshtĂ«, hierarkĂ«t mĂ« shumĂ« se nuk e kuptojnĂ« sinqeritetin e Ambasadorit Amerikan nĂ« ShqipĂ«ri, e keqpĂ«rdorin atĂ«. HierarkĂ«t e politikanĂ«t janĂ« mjesh­tra tĂ« manipulimeve, madje arrijnĂ« tĂ« manipulojnĂ« e mashtrojnĂ« edhe me emrin e Ambasadorit. Sepse, sapo shpĂ«ton nga njĂ« aferĂ« korruptive, nĂ« sajĂ« tĂ« gjykatĂ«sve tĂ« korruptuar, njĂ« person politik shfrytĂ«zon rastin tĂ« pijĂ« njĂ« kafe me ambasadorin dhe e shet kĂ«tĂ« kafe miqĂ«sore si njĂ« lavazh tĂ« personalitetit tĂ« tij tĂ« njollo­sur, pĂ«r tĂ« dalĂ« nĂ« media si njeriu mĂ« i pastĂ«r i kĂ«tij vendi, pĂ«r tĂ« cilin edhe Ambasadori Amerikan ka kon­sideratĂ« tĂ« veçantĂ«. E nuk Ă«shtĂ« vetĂ«m ky rast. Dalja nĂ« skenĂ« e njĂ« personaliteti tĂ« djegur pĂ«r kandidat pĂ«r president, i cili, kur ishte kryeministĂ«r nĂ« njĂ« situatĂ« kritike kur shteti tronditej, ia mbathi me bisht ndĂ«r shalĂ« nĂ« shtetin fqinj u shoqĂ«rua edhe ky me njĂ« ta­kim me Ambasadorin Amerikan. Mesazhi i sforcuar qĂ« pĂ«rcolli shtabi i tij elektoral ishte se kandidati pĂ«r president kishte edhe pĂ«rkrahjen e amerikanĂ«ve. Kjo mund tĂ« mos ishte e vĂ«rtetĂ«, por gjithsesi u shit pĂ«r e tillĂ« nĂ« media.
Ka një shfrytëzim të përçudnueshëm nga falangat e politikës shqiptare me njëqind e njëzet parti, të gjithë takimeve me ambasadorët e shteteve të huaja, që shumë mirë mund të ishin private dhe pa praninë e medias.
PolitikanĂ«t shqiptarĂ« janĂ« aq dinakĂ« sa shfrytĂ«zojnĂ« çdo mundĂ«si qĂ« u jepet pĂ«r tĂ« afirmuar vetveten e nga kjo nuk pĂ«rjashtohet asnjĂ«, nga mĂ« i thjeshti nĂ«npunĂ«s deri te kreu i shtetit. NĂ« njĂ« anĂ« kanĂ« njĂ« servilizĂ«m tĂ« shpifur, nga ana tjetĂ«r si ta kenĂ« shtrydhur momentin, si njĂ« limon e braktisin pa hezitim. JanĂ« po kĂ«ta qĂ« i thurin lavde ambasadorit tĂ« sotĂ«m, ndĂ«rsa ambasa­dorĂ«t e mĂ«parshĂ«m i anatemojnĂ«, sepse kĂ«tu nĂ« vendin tonĂ« mosmirĂ«njohĂ«sit e politikĂ«s kanĂ« njĂ« aforizĂ«m si moto - “Kalova lumin, tĂ« dhjefsha kalin!”.
ÇfarĂ« ndodhi me zgjedhjet presidenciale qĂ« u zhvilluan si njĂ« paradĂ« me maska, ku nĂ« fillim arritĂ«n tĂ« tĂ«rheqin edhe Ambasadorin Amerikan nĂ« kĂ«tĂ« valle. NjĂ« lojĂ« tinzare e politikbĂ«rsave shqiptarĂ« qĂ« veç njĂ« Ali Pasha mund ta sajonte. ParaqitĂ«n njĂ« kandidat, i cili thĂ«nĂ« hapur nuk kishe ku t’i bĂ«je vĂ«rejtje dhe asesi ta kundĂ«r­shtoje, sepse nuk vinte nga njĂ« karrierĂ« politike, por gjyqĂ«sore, duke e mbajtur me shpresĂ« e nĂ«n tension deri nĂ« momentin qĂ« nuk u duhej mĂ«. Sepse ajo fig­urĂ« e papolitizuar, siç kĂ«rkonte Europa e kĂ«shillonte Amerika u duhej sa pĂ«r tĂ« rrokur miratimin e Amba­sadorit Amerikan dhe diplomatĂ«ve tĂ« BE, qĂ« tĂ« thonin se ja, po na dĂ«gjojnĂ« politikanĂ«t shqiptarĂ«, po propo­zojnĂ« njĂ« kandidat jopartiak; pra gjĂ«rat janĂ« nĂ« vijĂ« nĂ« TiranĂ«.
Ata shfrytĂ«zuan jo vetĂ«m njeriun me emrin Xhezair Za­ganjori, por edhe tĂ« tĂ«rĂ« diplomatĂ«t qĂ« ishin angazhuar mbase mĂ« shumĂ« se duhej nĂ« kĂ«tĂ« çështje tĂ« presiden­tit, i cili mĂ« sĂ« shumti zgjidhet pĂ«r tĂ« qenĂ« marionetĂ« e politikĂ«s. Angazhimi i Ambasadorit Amerikan ka qenĂ« i hapur e konstruktiv, por mjerisht nuk dha asnjĂ« rezul­tat me shkakun se nipstĂ«rnipĂ«rit e Ali PashĂ«s nĂ« poli­tikĂ«n shqiptare duan zotĂ«rim tĂ« plotĂ« tĂ« vilajetit tĂ« vet, prandaj dhe tĂ« dolĂ«n tĂ« pabesĂ« dhe bĂ«nĂ« njĂ« zgjedhje rrufe tĂ« njeriut tĂ« avangardĂ«s sĂ« vet politike, se vetĂ«m kĂ«shtu mund tĂ« zgjerohet e shfrytĂ«zohet pushteti nĂ« tĂ« gjitha instancat dhe duke ligjĂ«ruar pĂ«rfundimisht pan­dĂ«nshkueshmĂ«rinĂ« e shtetarĂ«ve tĂ« korruptuar.
Me kĂ«tĂ« zgjedhje, pushteti konsolidohet e aferat mb­yllen. Kush guxon mĂ« nĂ« kĂ«tĂ« shtet tĂ« akuzojĂ« njĂ« ministĂ«r tĂ« korruptuar? Askush. Pas kĂ«saj zgjedhjeje padyshim do tĂ« kemi para vetes njĂ« popull memec, sepse ligjet tashmĂ« do t’i bĂ«jĂ« Maliqi qĂ« vĂ« e heq kĂ«do dhe si do nĂ«pĂ«r tĂ«rĂ« hallkat e shtetit. "L'Ă©tat, c'est moi" - Shteti jam unĂ« - thoshte Luigji XIV.
Padyshim qĂ« njĂ« Ambasador i njĂ« shteti tĂ« madh si Amerika nuk mund tĂ« ishte i qetĂ« pĂ«rpara kĂ«saj ma­sakrade. Pritej njĂ« reagim, por diplomacia kĂ«rkon qĂ« reagimet tĂ« jenĂ« tĂ« buta e mĂ« shumĂ« tĂ« nĂ«nkuptueshme. Ai nuk u paraqit nĂ« parlament, por dĂ«rgoi njĂ« sekretare. MirĂ«po Ali PashĂ« Tepelenat e politikĂ«s shqiptare sillen sikur nuk kuptojnĂ«, anashkalojnĂ« faktin se Ambasa­dori Amerikan qĂ« merr pjesĂ« edhe nĂ« disa evenimente shoqatash, tĂ« mos marrĂ« pjesĂ« nĂ« seancĂ«n e kuvendit ku zgjidhej Presidenti i ShqipĂ«risĂ«, pĂ«rbĂ«n njĂ« akt me njĂ« kuptim tĂ« dukshĂ«m tĂ« disakordimit. Populli e kup­toi mesazhin e tij, media e pranoi me gjysĂ«m zĂ«ri, por ata pĂ«r tĂ« cilĂ«t u bĂ« kjo mungesĂ« as qĂ« e vranĂ« mendjen, sikur kjo nuk kishte ndodhur.
Veprimi i dytĂ« i Ambasadorit ishte dalja me njĂ« thirrje, kĂ«shillĂ« a sugjerim: “Act Now!” i cili ishte vĂ«rtet njĂ« ve­prim i bukur, por mjerisht nĂ« kohĂ« tĂ« vonuar. Madje nĂ« shtyp ndokush u pĂ«rpoq qĂ« kĂ«tĂ« thirrje kardinale ta devijonte deri nĂ« atĂ« masĂ« sa ta shiste se i bĂ«het thirrje shoqĂ«risĂ« shqiptare qĂ« vajzat tĂ« vazhdojnĂ« shkollat e mesme e prindĂ«rit tĂ« mos i pengojnĂ«. NjĂ« keqpĂ«rdorim banal i njĂ« ideje tĂ« madhe nĂ« njĂ« problem qĂ« nuk kishte asnjĂ« lidhje me thirrjen nĂ« fjalĂ«. Por dikujt nĂ« qarqet politike i intereson ta minimizojĂ« jehonĂ«n e efektin e saj.
Gjithsesi kjo thirrje Ă«shtĂ« e vonuar, sepse qytetarĂ«t janĂ« tĂ« lodhur e rraskapitur. Nuk kanĂ« mĂ« vullnet kundĂ«r­shtie a reagimi, pasi kanĂ« parĂ« tĂ«rĂ« kĂ«to mizanskena tĂ« politikĂ«s ku janĂ« pĂ«rfshirĂ« edhe ambasadorĂ«t, thonĂ« se tĂ« gjitha punĂ«t i zgjidhin ata lart, me mbĂ«shtetje nga jashtĂ«, me ambasadorĂ«t pinĂ« kafe.... e kush po na pyet ne. Dhe rezultati, thirrja madhore e kuptimplotĂ« e Ambasadorit Amerikan “Act Now!”, se Ă«shtĂ« koha qĂ« qytetarĂ«t e kĂ«tij vendi, shoqĂ«ria civile, t’i thonĂ« ndal politikĂ«s me frymĂ« konfrontimesh qĂ« dĂ«mtojnĂ« Shq­ipĂ«rinĂ« e shqiptarĂ«t nĂ« integrimet nĂ« EuropĂ«, se kon­struktivizmi Ă«shtĂ« mĂ« i dobishĂ«m se dekonstruktiv­izmi tipik i politikĂ«s shqiptare, pra kĂ«to ide anipse tĂ« dobishme nuk po bĂ«jnĂ« efektin e vet.
Duhet kuptuar ky mosreagim, se populli i njeh politi­kanĂ«t e vet dhe e di se tek çdo politikan, shtetar e depu­tet shqiptar fle njĂ« Ali Pasha i vogĂ«l, i cili pĂ«r interesat e veta tĂ« ngushta Ă«shtĂ« gati ta çojĂ« nĂ« djall ShqipĂ«rinĂ« dhe shqiptarĂ«t. Ata mjerisht nuk ruajnĂ« asnjĂ« tipar tĂ« traditĂ«s sĂ« mirĂ« shqiptare tĂ« besĂ«s e mirĂ«sisĂ«. NdĂ«rsa nĂ« ShqipĂ«ri mund tĂ« merren vendime tĂ« tillla si: tĂ« sillen tĂ«rĂ« plehrat e EuropĂ«s (ndoshta dhe radioaktive) pa pyetur askĂ«nd. Edhe njĂ« inisiative pĂ«r referendum popullor i gjenden njĂ«qind e njĂ« yçkla pĂ«r ta penguar pikĂ«risht nga ai person qĂ« gĂ«zon pĂ«lqimin e pushtetit nĂ« KQZ , i njohur ndĂ«rkombtarisht si ai qĂ« i bĂ«ri lĂ«msh edhe zgjedhjet bashkiake nĂ« TiranĂ«.
Prandaj dhe thirrja “Act now!” duket e vonuar e pa je­honĂ«, aq mĂ« tepĂ«r se pas 21 janarit 2011 e deri mĂ« sot njerĂ«zit duke parĂ« se pĂ«r katĂ«r vrasje publike nuk po dĂ«nohet askush, duke parĂ« se taksohen mĂ« shumĂ« se kudo nĂ« shtetet me mirĂ«qĂ«nie mĂ« tĂ« lartĂ«, duke parĂ« se asnjĂ« pushtetar apo qeveritar i zĂ«nĂ« me presh nĂ« dorĂ« nuk dĂ«nohet, duke parĂ« se imuniteti parlamentar Ă«shtĂ« njĂ« mjet i mirĂ« pĂ«r tĂ« stimuluar korrupsionin galop­ant, duke parĂ« se ai varfĂ«rohet pĂ«rditĂ« e mĂ« shumĂ« dhe milionerĂ«t e pasuruar nĂ« mĂ«nyrĂ«n mĂ« tĂ« paskrupullt janĂ« zotĂ«rit e kĂ«tij vendi, duke parĂ« se nĂ« parlament ka mĂ« sĂ« shumti deputetĂ« me diploma tĂ« blera e njerĂ«z pa pikĂ« personaliteti, duke parĂ« se prej njĂ«zet vjetĂ«sh kurrgjĂ« nuk po ndryshon nĂ« kĂ«tĂ« vend, duke parĂ« pra gjitha kĂ«to, preferon tĂ« bjerĂ« nĂ« gjumin letargjik.

THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE U.S. AMBASADOR

Hello dear Ambassador of my country, in my country. It is understandable why i address you like this so, because fate brought me to have two home­lands. I have followed with the utmost attentione your tireless efforts to bring together those who stay ex­tremely far from each other in the stages and back­stage scenes of Albanian politics. As i have felt good about your good intentions and disposition, however i feel extremely disspointed seeing the extreme poles of albanian politics. Undoubtly you must feel disap­pointed at this duplicty in albanian politics or the fact that some may have benefited from your openness and your love for this country and this people, and perhaps they even might have ended up to be treach­erous.

We Albanians, historically have been known for the dinstinctive and striking feature among other peoples, for that of generosity and “besa”. When someone came the Albanian home in “besa”, even if he had killed from that family’s men, he was received and sent off accord­ing to the tradition of giving “besa”. No one could be killed “on the bread”, otherwise shame owould cover that household . So powerful was this sense of “besa”, always told as legends, but these legends have arisen from a reality of events that are in popular memory alive even today.
The Fascist Italy capitulated in September 1943. Their place was taken by German Nazi troops , who exce­cuted any italian soldiers and officers left in Albania, as they were considered defecters. The executions took place without trials.
The German troops in Shkodra had received a notice about an italian soldier hiding in a Greater Highland village sheltered by the mountain families. Once the german troops surrounded the house, they ordered all its inhabitants to go outside in the yard. The German officer began looking into the family members faces, one by one, but never seemed to distinguish who was the italian soldier, as he was integrated in the lives of locals and was not distinguishable. The German offi­cer sure of the italian soldier presence there, gave or­ders that if they did not disclose who the italian was, all would be shot to deth because they had sheltered an enemy. One of the young men in that house, after exchanging a look with his father eye to eye, then made a step forward and said: "I am." The German officer carefully looked, and despite the doubts that he had, ordered his execution before the entire family. Later in his memories the German officer wrote: "I knew that he was the son of the house, he was an Albanian and not the Italian , but such were the laws of war. That Al­banian familiy under Albanian law of “besa” could not deliver the Italian and sacrificed his own son.”
This is not myth, but a real event. But in fifty years, under communism and twenty years of democratic chaos, many virtues are violently distorted and today we are in a miserable state. I'm not talking about or­dinary people, because ordinary people always main­tains their dignity, but for the political classes as they alternate their leading of this country from a chaos into another.
Albania has a great obligation to America, because there is no other state or nation that has done more for Albanians. Liberation and independence Kosovo Albanians is the crown of glory for ever and ever and we will never forget the Americans and NATO allies. This is why the American ambassador is received with the hands over their hearts at every door he may go, considered a great friend of the Albanians, namely that he is representative of the state of George Washing­ton, the inspiring force of the freedom of peoples. I am pleased to say that my own father it probably was the first Albanian who wrote about the great Washington in an article titled : "Tell the truth always", dated Oc­tober 18, 1907.
How is the U.S. Ambassador’s attention and intentions of positive developments in Albania, in order for this country to approach the community of the peoples of Europe, being perceived by the politicians of Albania?
As far as i understand, Albanian political behavior to­wards his friends' advice at large leaves much to be de­sired.
Albanian politics does not exceed provincial judgmen­tal mediocrity. To understand it you must first under­stand the psychology of small Bey in his manors of the Middle Ages. Also there is tremendous impact even from a great lonely Pasha during the Ottoman Empire, Ali Pasha, whose conflict with the high Gate did not bring anything good to Albanians, instead created the premises for the independence of Greece and the de­struction of Albanian ethnic lands. Ali Pasha's policy consisted in building a personal Paschallek, and not a state of the Albanians, not finding any spirit of coop­eration with other pashas as BushtallinjtĂ« of Shkodra. Instead he entered in conflict with them and he could not wait to make them disappear, as he did with his son-in-law, the pasha of Berat. This clever and the crafty Pasha, who had made his name across European regions, has had a major impact on the entire Albanian politics. Albanians did not accept for a long time a for­eign prince, Vid, on the contrary in the first case they kicked him out, trying to operate in Albania in Ali Pa­sha style. We have Esat Pasha Toptani, who was ready to give away Albania’s pieces to neighbors as long as he had one piece of territory in central Albania for himself. The story continues with his grandson, Ahmet Zog, who mixed the cruel craftiness of Ali Pasha with a kind of practicality trying to keep his possessions in a balance between Serbia, which had brought him to power and Fascist Italy that helped keep his monar­chy regime on his feet. The arrival of Communists in power did not change much in the mentality of people of Albanian politics. Enver Hoxha was a true Ali Pasha, who ruled with an iron fist and set an absolute power over his people. Nothing could be done without being filtered by his apparattus, the puppets of the Politic bureau. Traits for which the Albanian people was dis­tinguished in history, bravery and loyalty, it was de­formed in the most violent way, hence surpassing all previous rulers.
No more talk about courage was possible, as Alba­nians were cruely oppressed and there was not one single chance of resistance. Who has lived in a dicta­torship know’s that Albanians had become a shadow of themselves. There could be no talk of loyalty, what was considered the top trait of the Albanians for centu­ries, called the people of “besa”. But what “besa” could we talk when people were forced to spy on each oth­er, even within a family? Loss of traditional traits by which Albanians previously had been taking pride and honor in, were a big loss, and that was the sad moral state that Albanians found themselves in at the begin­ning of Democracy, when Communism began to col­lapse as an ideology. Numerous events that occurred in conditions of freedom explain this and the rulers al­ways tried to deform the dignity of Albanian character, his high qualities of courage and “besa”, because that how the ruling could be easily sustained.
Certainly the American ambassador praises the Al­banian qualitative traditions, and is trying to be more forthright with them, with both ordinary people and the whole policy makers or the state hierarchy. But un­like ordinary people, hierarchs not only do not under­stand the sincerity of the U.S. Ambassador to Albania, but misuse it. Hierarchs of the politics are masters of manipulation, even manage to manipulate and deceive the name of the ambassador. For, once escaped from a case of corruption, thanks to corrupt judges, a political person has taken the opportunity to drink a coffee with the ambassador and has sold this as a friendly coffee to wash the soiled personality, to stand in front of the me­dia as a pure man of this country, for which the Ameri­can ambassador has special consideration. And not just this case. The emergence of a “burnt”personality as a candidate for president, who was prime minister in a critical situation when the country was shocked, he fled the country with his tail in his legs, in the neigh­boring state, was followed by meeting with the U.S. ambassador. His people conveyed the message from his campaign headquarters that the presidential can­didate had the support of Americans. This may not be true, but such was sold to the media.
There is an insulting use by the hundred and twenty Albanian political parties phalanges of all the meetings with the ambassadors of foreign countries, that may well be held as private and without the media.
Albanian politicians are cunning enough to use every opportunity given to them, to affirm themselves and therefore this does not exclude any, from the simplest clerk to the head of state. On one hand they have a dis­custing servility and on the other, after they make the best of the moment, they throw it out as a lemon with­out a drop of juice.without hesitation. There are those who glorify the current ambassador and demonize the former ambassadors, because here in our country the politician’s moto is the aphorism - "I passed the river, the heck with your horse."
What happened to the presidential elections which were held as a masked carnival parades where ini­tially they attract the American Ambassador to this dance. An insidious game of the Albanian policymak­ers, which only an Ali Pasha Tepelena could devise so beautifully. They presented a candidate who had not a single issue with his past as he came from the leg­islative rather than political branch and kept him un­der tension until the moment came where he was not needed anymore. Because that non-political figure, as Europe sought and as America had advised, was sup­posed to win the politicians the approval of the U.S. Ambassador and EU diplomats, who could then say that - Yes, Albanian politicians listen to us, they are proposing a non-party candidate, so thing are on track in Tirana.
They exploited not only the man named Xhezair Za­ganjori, but also all the diplomats who were engaged probably more than needed in this case of the president, who mostly settled for being a marionette of the poli­tics. The engagement of the American ambassador has been open, frank and constructive, but unfortunately gave no result as the great grandchildren of Ali Pasha in Albanian politics want full command of their vilayet and at the speed of light, picked up a choice of their political avant-garde, so they can expand the power in all instances/institutions and eventually legalizing the impossiblity of punishing the corrupt statesmen.
With this choice the power is consolidated and the affairs are closed. Who dares any more, in this state, to acuse a corrupt minister? No one. After this elec­tion will undoubtedly have a dumbfounded people, because already “Maliqi “ will make the llaw and will put on and lay off across all levels of government who ever he wishes.... "L'Ă©tat, c'est moi" - I'm the state - said Louis XIV.
No doubt an ambassador of a great country like Amer­ica, can not be quiet before this mascarade. A reaction was expected, but diplomacy requires that feedback be soft and more implicit. He failed to appear in parlia­ment and sent a secretary. But Ali Pashas of Albanian politics feigning not to understand, overlook the fact that the American ambassador, who took part in sev­eral events associations, could not to attend the as­sembly session where President of Albania was being elected. An act of disharmony.
People actually understood his message, the media ac­cepted with half voice, but those for whom his absence was intended, pretended as it had not happened.
The second action was the ambassador’s appeal, ad­vice or suggestion: "Act now!" Which was really a nice move, but unfortunately late. In some media someone tried to deviate this cardinal call, diverting it to the extent that it was a call to Albanian society that girls must continue their secondary education and parents should not prevent them. A banal misuse of a great idea into a problem that had no connection with the call in question. But someone was interested in politi­cal circles to minimize the echo of its effect.
However, this call is a long overdue because people are tired and exhausted. There is no more will to opposse, because people are seeing all these polictical moves which include even the names the ambassadors, say­ing that all works are solved up there, they also have support from outside, drink coffee with ambassadors .... and who asks for us. And the result, the major and meaningful appeal of the American ambassador "Act Now!", as it is time that citizens of this country, civil society to say stop to the politics spirited in confron­tation, politics that damage Albania’s entrance to the EU, that Constructivism is more benefiting than than typical Albanian politicsdeconstructivism, so these ideas, though useful are not doing their effect.
One must understand that this non-reaction, that people know their politicians and know that in every politician, statesman or Albanian parliament member sleeps a little Ali Pasha, who for their own narrow in­terests are ready to sell Albania and Albanians to the Devil.
They unfortunately did not preserve any feature of the Albanian good traditions of goodness and “besa”. They do not truly represent the people, even though they buy the parliamentary elections by lying and steal­ing their votes. People know that it is just to give the vote and that’s it. After that people are never asked. It never happens that if there is a problem, where either central or local area residents are asked how to deal with it. But certainly the rulers do violently interfere and often do as they please. In America you can not operate a local cafe on a street without a debate be­ tween residents of the area who are able to close its op­eration if necessary, because the people’s word carried weight. While in Albania it may just be brought every garbage of the world, even radiocative ones, without asking anyone! Even a popular referendum initiative is bound to be found with a hundred obstacles precisely to prevent that person that enjoys the consent of the government to the CEC(The Central Election Commis­sion), known internationally that made the mess even with the municipal elections in Tirana.
Therefore, the title "Act now!", sounds delayed and without even more that after 21 January 2011 until to­day people publicly saw four murders and those re­sponsible are not punished. People, seeing being taxed more than anywhere in other vountries with higher welfare, seeing that no government or ruler caught red handed is not condemned, seeing that parliamentary immunity is a good tool to stimulate the galloping cor­ruption, seeing that each and every day they become poorer and rich become richer, seeing that the most unscrupulous are the masters of this country, see­ing that the parliament has the most members with bought degrees and are people with no personality, seeing that twenty years is not changing anything in this country, seeing all these, the people prefer to fall in a lethargic sleep.
No calls any longer awakens this people ....perhaps will probably wake up when this country is rrocked by the flaming fire, but that would be a horrible awakening and not without consequences for the popular psyche.

Me parullĂ«n "koha punon pĂ«r ne", Rugova e politikanĂ« tĂ« tjerĂ« do tĂ« vazhdonin deri nĂ« pafundĂ«si njĂ« gjendje shtypje e pa rrugĂ«zgjidhje. Kjo qĂ« themi nuk Ă«shtĂ« gjĂ« e re, e thonĂ« dhe e pranojnĂ« tĂ« gjithĂ« analistet e huaj. NĂ« kĂ«tĂ« situatĂ« ne kemi dy rrugĂ«, ose do tĂ« shprehim simpatinĂ« pĂ«r Djemt e UÇK-sĂ«, ose do tĂ« jemi indiferent ndaj tyre duke u distancuar pĂ«r tĂ« mos thĂ«nĂ« mĂ« shumĂ«. GjithĂ«sesi, çdo shqiptar me kombĂ«si dhe me shpirt, i rrugĂ«s pacifiste apo luftarake, apo dhe ata me tĂ« mefshit, duhet ta kenĂ« tĂ« qartĂ« se nĂ«qoftĂ« se ne nuk jemi tĂ« zot tĂ« bĂ«jmĂ« atĂ« qĂ« bĂ«jnĂ« tĂ« tjerĂ«t - pra tĂ« jemi nĂ« kry tĂ« atyre qĂ« venĂ« zemrĂ«n e vet nĂ« altarin e kombit,- tĂ« paktĂ«n tĂ« mos i pengojmĂ« ata qĂ« kanĂ« njĂ« tjetĂ«r vizion - qĂ« kanĂ« aspiratĂ«n e lartĂ« pĂ«r tu bĂ«rĂ« Danko pĂ«r popullin e vet.
Të gjithë e dinë se sipas legjendës, Danko nxorri zemrën e tij nga gjoksi e me të në dorë çau errësirën e pyjeve dhe udhëhoqi popullin e vet drejt dritës - mirpo jo të gjithë mund ta bëjnë këtë sakrificë vetmohimi. Në Kosovë këtë po e bëjnë djemtë trima të UÇK , të cilët sot janë Dankot e popullit shqiptar në tërë trevat tona të Ballkanit.
Ata po shkruajnĂ« histori - ndersa ne pĂ«r fat tĂ« keq po zhagitemi! Deri kur?!

GRUAJA ME TE KUQE NE TAKSIM TE STAMBOLLIT REFLEKTON NE NDERGJEGJEN TONE

Nuk mund te jemi indiferent per cfare ndodh ne Turqi. Despotizmi ne te gjithe popujt qe vuajne prej qeverive te tyre dhemb njesoj. Si ne sheshin Taksim te Stambollit ne sheshin Skenderbej ne Tirane apo kudo gjetke. Ka nje loje te eger ne mes te deshirave masive per demokraci dhe insipirimeve individuale per tirani. Gruaja e re  turke me te kuqe  eshte nje simbol i popullit turk perballe egersise se pushteteve ne te gjithe popujt. Eshte edhe pjesa jone.  Sepse  jetojme ne demokraci por pushtetet nuk jane pjese e demokracise por thjeshte shtypje nen emrin e demokracise cfare nenkupton te pakices se privilegjuar qe sundon mbi shumicen qe vuan. A nuk e ndjejme edhe ne kete, pa cka se nuk kemi energjine pozitive per ta kundershtuar. Kesisoj, populli turk me kete demonstrim perballe dhunes se qeverise turke mund te konsiderohet, ne menyre te padyshimte me europian se ne shqiptaret, dhe kjo ne saj te nje udheheqesi si  Qemal Ataturku, frymezues e reformator qe i ktheu besimin  popullit  te vet, cfare e ne shqiptaret mjerisht ne historine tone te re nuk e kemi patur. 
Dhe pyetja me e thjeshte qe shtrohet eshte, cfare do te bejme ne nese vidhen votat ne zgjedhjet elektorale...a do te bejme te pakten ate cfare ben gruaja me te kuqe ne Taksim te Stambollit?!

WOMAN IN RED - REFLECTS OUR CONSCIOUSNESS 

We can not be indifferent to what happens in Turkey. Despotism in all people who suffer from aching their governments alike. As in Taksim Square in Istanbul in Skanderbeg Square in Tirana or anywhere elsewhere. There is a wild game between the mass desires for democracy and individual inspiration for tyranny. Turkish young woman in red is a symbol of the cruelty of the Turkish people facing governments across nations. It is also our part. Because we live in a democracy but are not part of local democracy but simply printing under the name of what democracy means that the privileged minority that rules the majority that suffers. Do not we feel we have, not what we saw positive energy to object. Turkish people like that with this demonstration opposite the Turkish government violence can be considered, in the European indubitably that the Albanians, and that in her as a leader Kemal Ataturk, the charismatic reformer who turned the people of his faith, and what we alas Albanians in our history we have not had.
And with the simple question that arises is, what will we do if stolen votes in the elections ... will do at least that what makes the woman in red in Taksim in Istanbul?

GRUAJA ME TE KUQE NE TAKSIM TE STAMBOLLIT REFLEKTON NE NDERGJEGJEN TONE

Nuk mund te jemi indiferent per cfare ndodh ne Turqi. Despotizmi ne te gjithe popujt qe vuajne prej qeverive te tyre dhemb
njesoj. Si ne sheshin Taksim te Stambollit ne sheshin Skenderbej ne Tirane apo kudo gjetke. Ka nje loje te eger ne mes te deshirave masive per demokraci dhe insipirimeve individuale per tirani. Gruaja e re turke me te kuqe eshte nje simbol i popullit turk perballe egersise se pushteteve ne te gjithe popujt. Eshte edhe pjesa jone. Sepse jetojme ne demokraci por pushtetet nuk jane pjese e demokracise por thjeshte shtypje nen emrin e demokracise cfare nenkupton te pakices se privilegjuar qe sundon mbi shumicen qe vuan. A nuk e ndjejme edhe ne kete, pa cka se nuk kemi energjine pozitive per ta kundershtuar.
